Born in Curitiba in 1922. He graduated in Agricultural Engineering and has always dedicated himself to botanical studies, developing several related activities such as landscaping, floral painting and drawing. He has been a painter since 1945, when he participated in the Salão Paranaense. From that date on, he has been an active participant in the Paraná art scene with dozens of individual and collective exhibitions.

With his own style of great expressiveness, he prefers to use floral themes in watercolor techniques. His works are distributed in several states of Brazil, Europe and the United States.
