In 2025, the Botanical Illustration Center of Paraná celebrates 25 years of dedication to promoting teaching, research, and dissemination of botanical illustration. Over the past two and a half decades, the CIBP has played a fundamental role in the training of artists and researchers, offering free courses that have already benefited hundreds of participants. In addition, the institution has contributed significantly to the appreciation and dissemination of knowledge in the field, promoting exhibitions, specialized publications, and environmental preservation actions. Below, we present a timeline that tells a little about our history and the main milestones in this journey.
