Botanical illustration exhibition at the Senate unites art and environmental awareness

This Wednesday (9), the Federal Senate opens the exhibition “Brazil Aflora: The Art of Botanical Illustration”, presenting drawings of 17 species of Brazilian flora. The partnership between the Senate and the Botanical Illustration Center of Paraná resulted in two more products, which also display the illustrations.

Brazil Aflora: The Art of Botanical Illustration

This Wednesday (9), the Federal Senate opens the exhibition “Brasil Aflora: A Arte da Ilustração Botânica”, which will be open until April 25, presenting drawings of 17 species of Brazilian flora.
The partnership between the Senate and the Paraná Botanical Illustration Center resulted in two more products, which also display botanical illustrations: the institutional agenda and the 2025 desk calendar.
The initiative, in partnership with the Paraná Botanical Illustration Center, aims to promote biodiversity and environmental awareness through art. In addition to the exhibition, visitors will be able to take home bookmarks with illustrations and information about the species depicted.
