Visual Artist and Scientific Illustrator.
Her education includes: Music Theory Course / National School of Music / UFRJ; Technical Course in Architectural Drawing - SENAI / RJ; Introduction to the History of Western Art - Casa de Rui Barbosa / RJ; Watercolor Drawing - Instituto Metodista Bennet / RJ; Botanical Illustration Course (CIBP); Specialization in Botanical Illustration by The Distance Learning Diploma (The Society of Botanical Artists (SBA).
Jury member in the Nature Photography Contest at the Federal Technological University of Paraná UTFPR Pato Branco (2008). Creates scientific illustrations of birds and mammals.
Was a resident artist at COM.EN.ART – Natural History Artist-in-Residence Program, Huyck Preserve, Renseelaerville, New York. Is a member of the faculty of CIBP.
Participated in several national and international exhibitions. Solo (Paraná Public Library) and collective exhibitions with awards: first place in the Iº Salão de Artes do MERCOSUL (2000/SC); first place in the IX Margaret Mee National Contest (2000/RJ). Work selected in FON X (2008), FON XI (2010), FON XII (2012) (Albany, New York). Work awarded by the Jury Award FON XI (2010). Today it is part of the Collection of the New York State Museum/Albany. Participated in the exhibition and the III National Meeting of Scientific Illustrators.
Work selected for the I Expomundial/Brazil (2018). Participated in the I Meeting of Birdwatchers Ornithos Birdwatching Brazil with the exhibition of the works “Birds of the Antonina Atlantic Forest" (2017).
Has works published in the books: Historical Trees in the Landscape of Curitiba, Iguaçu National Park National Heritage of Humanity, Ilustre Cerrado – Catalog of the III National Exhibition of Scientific Illustration (Brasília), FON Catalog - Natural History Illustration, Commemorative poster of the III Meeting of Scientific Illustrators/Brasília.
