Miriam Bach de Oliveira
Artist
Graduated in Business Administration from the Federal University of Paraná (1985), with a specialization in Information Technology and Organization & Methods. Master's degree in Administration from Henley Management College in England (2001).
She began painting as a holiday hobby, participating in the National Exhibitions of Porcelain Painting in Paraná in 1991 and 1993, as well as the International Convention of Artistic Painting on Porcelain in 1995. In 1996 and 1997, she participated in the Art Exhibitions of the Military Circle of Paraná.
She discovered botanical illustration before starting the course at CIBP in 2013, having completed the advanced course in 2014 and continued to paint since then under the guidance of CIBP illustrator teachers (Maria da Penha, Rosane Quintela and Diana Carneiro).
In 2014, she took a summer course in Italy with Elaine Searle and also a course with Vincent Jeannerot in 2016, as well as colored pencil workshops with Simone Ribeiro and Cássia Dias. During this period, she also participated in botanical illustration exhibitions promoted by CIBP.
